Light in weight with great features.
Design. It's not weighty or heft. The buttons have reasonable sectional quadrants -like numbers, functions, etc. Location of Mute is forgivable. Buttons need more individual shapes for individual functions. Use. Has a Exit button -a way out- conveniently located below ‘go back’. Some buttons press to go in and get out a function without having to ‘go back’. Transmission is weak. Must hold it high and point directly at the TV the further you are from it. Must apply firm, direct presses to the buttons when changing channel numbers otherwise, may not register or multiple registers. Program. It just immediately worked -with a few added bonuses of which I didn’t know my TV never mentioned or had like Teletext, Info, etc. Overall, better than that piece of junk Android remote that came ... It is no better than the remote it is replacing.
I bought a TCL TV. Regretting it now !!!! i had a Hisence that fell over but it was both superior but more expensive. This Remote control has the same faults as the previous one TCL remote control- confusing to use in the dark or low light .and switches it self off. I will be buying a whole new TV set soon when i can afford it.

Very Happy
We lost our remote for our 5 month old tv so I ordered this one which was exactly the same as the one we had lost and as soon as we put batteries in it it picked up where the other one left off. You really don’t realize how much you need that remote till you don’t have one anymore

Ergonomics
TCL remotes are very ergonomic. They would however be better if the buttons had lumps for designed for use in the dark or by blind people.
